📦 Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 working days and shipped via Royal Mail.
Once dispatched, orders cannot be changed or cancelled.

🚚 UK Delivery
•     Royal Mail 1st Class / Signed: 2–5 working days
•     During busy periods, delivery may take up to 2 weeks

🛃 Customs & Fees
Buyers are responsible for any customs or import charges.
Nolan Love is not liable for customs delays or fees.

↩️ Returns & Refunds

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. After notifying us of your decision to cancel, you then have another 14 days to return the item.

To qualify for a refund:
•     Items must be unused and in original condition
•     Proof of purchase is required (your order number works perfectly)
•     Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty

Refunds are processed within 5 working days of receiving your return and issued to your original payment method.

❌ Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on:
•     Custom or personalised items
•     Digital downloads
